When AMXX was created, in 2006.
User id 1 is reserved admin account, BAILOPAN is the first member of course.

But I've seen members with "Join date: 2004"
Does that count just in Amxx section, or in AlliedModders forum?

I think at some point they were using an older site with phpbb forum at tcwonline.org. They later needed to change the host so they created alliedmods, converting the old database. I wasn't here during that time, so I'm only using wayback snapshots for reference.
AMXX was created in 2004, correct.
