CLANS not work. clans empty

HI
I have HLstatsX Community Edition 1.6.19
I have changed the page here on this article https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=246712 .
Now everything is working correctly,
but the clans do not work in the player's profile. There is always empty.
The clans tab is also empty.
Tell me how to fix it.

Same here, but i don't used Fix SteamID's, so on "Clans" page there is no "Clans", also
