[TF2] Hooking the command voice_menu_1
 

I can't seem to find any way to hook the command voice_menu_1 in Team Fortress 2. I can hook other commands just fine but not that one. It's a command brings up the speech menu (z).

Is there any possible way to hook it?

Pretty sure that it's fully client-side.
