My dedicated server crashed+ a few question
 

Hi, i'm new and my fren said this is the site which has the best dm mod, and i downloaded the 2.0 version, and i found out there is 2.1, so i overwrite 2.0 wif 2.1, and everything goes well but when the server starts, after about 20mins, my server crashed.

Questions:
-how to check my amx mod version? and where to download latest?
-how to edit the msg that when player enter, they see my msg automatically
-where to edit ping/server configs like time,map changing time, my hlds doesn't let me config these.

This is AMX MOD X (not AMX MOD - a bit different mod). You check the version You have this way - write in server console this line:
meta list
hit enter and see what is there.
The download page for AMX X is here.

I think You should edit Your motd.txt file placed in the main cstrike forlder ( to write the info You want to be displayed for joining players).

in the server.cfg:
mp_timelimit 20

This is CSDM forum to support CSDM users. Questions for problems not related to AMX X nor CSDM please direct in the "Offtopic" forum of AMX MODX forum, I mean here.

Your CS will crash with CSDM 2.1 if Your CS is 1.5 version. The old (below 1.6) CS versions aren't supported by CSDM 2.1. No-steam CS is also not supported.
