yes, like in Tactical Ops: Assault on Terror
in that game, hostages talk a lot (really annoying), can be moved by terrors, and can take weapons and kill the terrorist players !!

why the last shit called cs:go don't have these features, it's just a disguised cs:s :down:.

Like class can reflects the sun or sky.
It is possible but only client side.
