Secondary FOV

Description:
If you ever played HLDM, you should have noticed the 357 weapon has a 'zoom' secondary attack feature.
Well, this has been taken out for SvenCoop, so i decide to re-add it.

CVars:
amx_secondary_fov (Default: 65) - The FOV level when zooming.
amx_enable_fov 1/0 (Enables/Disables the zoom feature)

Usage:
When having the 357/Phython out, just use the secondary fire, which will zoom in/out.

Indeed I can though, all the more reason for me to be joyful =]

(even though I only play SC privately on my friend's listen server, I always ready an AMXX package which he puts on xD)

In FM_* hooks you better use FMRES_* constants for return, not PLUGIN_* constants.
