Randomly selects a mission appropriate for the map on loading.

Installation:
Standard copy .smx to plugins folder requires https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1861185 to work

Notes:
This simply parses the /scripts/population folder for filenames, missions in vpk files won't be detected. If you don't have that folder on your server then create it and drop your missions in there.

We've got a pretty good custom mission scene going and wanted to make sure new content got a chance at some exposure and thought it would be good to share the idea because nobody seems to have done it yet

Can be seen woirking on http://thisld.com servers. Been using it for a few weeks now and it seems pretty stable.
