[REQ] Simple grapple hook ignore players
 

I run grapple hook on my TF2 server which many people have come to like a lot; however, a vocal group really dislike that the hook can latch on to people. Could someone help make a simple plugin so that the grapple hook will not latch onto players and instead just go through them?
