How do I get started coding a CS:GO server?
 

Hi, I've been wanting to learn how to create a custom CS:GO server lately, and information on how to do so seems to be pretty scarce. What language is used in community servers? How do I edit this language in-game? Any resources to get started would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I tried searching for similar threads in this forum but the search function isn't working. Sorry if this is a duplicate question! :grrr:

creating a custom CS:GO server does not mean you have to know coding. the link above is about coding that goes into making a custom sourcemod plugin for the server.

I think you should start with the wikis and at least get some terminology down..
