What is This?

hi

The hlds version of the server I think is old because the following commands don't work for me

How can I update so that the server is not damaged?

If he had used steamcmd to install the server, he'd know how to update this.

I update with steamcmd, but after that my amxmodx and metamod wont working ... =(
What should i do for updating hlds?

If he did update his server with steamcmd and the mods do not work anymore they may need an update too.

There is no reason for the mods not to work, nor there is a way to update them beyond their latest version. I don't think you're sure what you're saying.

Maybe the liblist.gam got reset, if that's the case, follow the AMX Mod X installation instructions for editing the liblist.gam file.

So you are saying any metamod/amx version is working with any hlds version?
