Failed to load sound "bot\owned.wav", file probably missing from disk/repository

I'm a bit confused by the 'ANY' at the top of this plugin post. I dont really want to map my own sounds (saysounds does that already) - so in order to get this plugin to work all the other players need DOD installing, correct?
