sorry if this is the wrong place but I did abit of a forum search and didn't really find anything useful, I am looking for a sourcemod plugin that works like mani's "client options" to add new admins and upgrade their flags, etc.

anyone know of one that is available now?

and also a word filter plugin so when someone in chat(cs source) types !website it says after it "Server Website! http://domain.com/ register!"
