request: improved tank damage report
Since left 4 downtown is now obsolete, and sourcemod syntax has changed, is there somebody who could make a simple plugin that reports tank damage done by all players (or bots) ?
I used to have one (ripped from rotoblin, and someone helped me selfcontain it because I'm not a programmer myself), but it didn't correctly calculate 8000dmg tanks received damage so it results in displaying a total over 100% tank damage done, and I don't have that sourcecode anymore. It would also be obsolete in code I believe. |
Re: request: improved tank damage report
Don't know if it still works but have you tried [L4D2] Tank Damage Report?
Btw is simple fix the left4downtown dependency, just change the include for the [L4D & L4D2] Left 4 DHooks Direct plugin You can find more info on the plugin topic. |

I use this on my server:

Re: request: improved tank damage report
thx, I will try these.... and also, i found kills manager, but somehow that reports wrong tank damage distribution that exceeds the max health of a tank etc
ps: it appears I did use tank_damage_announce, gonna see if it's a version that doesn't tell you killed 133% of a tank, when putting it on fire and playing in expert. |

Re: request: improved tank damage report
You can't blame the plugin since L4D2-Competitive-Rework mode is focused up to 4 survivors.
Try checking this thread. https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=332360 |

I found only this plugin: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=329865 but it is for statistics, which is displayed on transition to the next map. I want to know who really shot/hit tank and how much real damage was done by player's guns/melee, but not the damage from someone threw a molo, after which all just run away from tank. |
