Scripting folder doesnt exist
 

Hello everyone, i am the second owner of a server but the first owner is inactiv and i cant ask him about this, i need to put .sma files somewhere but idk where, while the "scripting" folder doesnt exist :/ ?

Is this a joke question? .sma files don't even have to be in the server for plugins to run, so it's completely irrelevant where you'll put them. As an owner, you should know these stuff.

The .sma files are basically the source code of a plugin so you don't have to nor want to upload them to your game server.

Um, no, not necessarily. It's not a requirement to know that you that you can remove some files that come with AMX Mod X. Most people simply upload everything to their server which includes scripting files. So, if they always upload the source and the plugin then it will work so they never have any reason to believe otherwise.

I push source code to my community's server so that if I disappear they will have the source code should they need to modify it. After all, I am technically some random stranger on the internet relative to most people I meet in-game
