SourceMod for no interp?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a sourcemod I could put on my server to disable any type of lag compensation.

There are plenty of people I play with that have pings below 15ms. I want to restrict anyone with a high ping from playing, too. interp in csgo is just so terrible.
