AlliedModders - Warning: mysqli_real_connect(): .. is blocked because . mysqladmin flush-hosts- error

We have some servers that's currently running sourcebans and have been without issue for sometime, now lately we're getting this error after a while (seems to be different each time), and we also had a buggy response from one server where the admin files just refused to load and no admins had any powers at all.
