Fast dl not working

Hello to you, since yesterday I'm trying to install a fastdl on my server, but the connection no model is downloaded, so I get kick can you help me?

I put in my csgo-server.cfg

In your Fast DL directory the files are meant to be compressed with bzip2. (.bz2)

Try adding a slash to the end of your URL.

"http://frenchdream.fr/csgo"
changes to
"http://frenchdream.fr/csgo/"
