Tech Support Rules:

Superhero Mod Support ONLY!
Provide DETAILS on your problem. EXACT ERROR MESSAGES ARE GOOD.
1. We cannot help you if you only tell us "it wont work, help"
2. Need versions of everything you are using, otherwise your post will be trashed without warning. Do not say "newest" or "latest" or your post WILL be trashed. Use console commands such as "meta version", "meta list" and "amxx plugins" to get your version information.

  - AMXX
  - SuperHero Mod
3. We need to know if it's a listen server, dedicated through steam or a true dedicated server. (Know the difference)
4. You also MUST provide any and all errors that are generated. EVERY BAD LOAD MAKES AN ERROR NO MATTER WHAT.
We ONLY support STOCK heroes (included with the download) or heroes in my approved post. Disable all non-supported heroes and see if you are still having problems. If you can figure out the exact hero causing your problems post in the bug reports and it may get fixed someday.
READ THE INSTALL DOCUMENTATION ON THE SITE. There is troubleshooting info at the very bottom.
If you cannot even get MetaMod and/or AMXX working, don't come looking here for help, read the install docs at the AMXX site. There is more than enough info there to solve all your problems.
