Chang Name Very Fast

Hi who have problem with this player he change name every second in different name and he play with cheat i mean : http://prntscr.com/zmt9j7

Do you have any suggestion to blocked ?

Plugin called one name also you can just ban him with steamid and thats it!

This plugin limits the number of name changes, and frequent name changes will automatically be kicked out. The default is 5 times, which can be adjusted by the amx_rename parameter. When set to 0, the plug-in function will be turned off!
