As for the no data not received past 120 seconds its gaming server's issue.
That means if cs 1.6 or any hl1 games add in server.cfg

log on
logaddress_add ip port

If csgo or cs source or hl2 games in general add in server.cfg

log on
logaddress_add ip:port

BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT PART ASK FROM YOUR WEBHOST PROVIDER TO OPEN INBOUND AND OUTBOUND CONNECTIONS OF YOUR GAMING SERVER'S PORT (27015 IF ITS COUNTER STRIKE 1.6)
SAME THING GOES FOR GAMING SERVER HOST TO DO THE SAME.
OR ELSE WONT WORK.
