Does anyone have and can upload files HLDS 5006? Using the HLDS 5408 I have sometimes problems with the ID of the players.

The only thing supported here is the most up-to-date version. Don't ask for anything else.

Sorry, you will have to wait for valve to update. I doubt the current stable version has enough bugs to warrant downgrading.

The newest released build is better than 5006 or 4883.
All my game servers are now on latest stable 5408 build.

I have the same problem with ID generation too. How do you downgrade HLDS? After I click post, then Google will be asked the same question.

Thats why smart people always makes backup b4 upgrading to something newer.
Especially in case with Valve.
I would say - new doesnt mean better. IN some cases old builds is more stable then new ones. However its not supported, on the official forums. I can suggest U, try to search on CS "underground" forums. Mb ull find something.

I rolled the HLDS version 5408 back to Linux HLDS version 4883 using my backup and the ID generation is now fine. To downgrade you simple replace all the files before the cstrike, reslists and valve folders. Remember to chmod them all 755 so they're executable.
