im using happyhour event by time, And it didn't work out like I did, and they told me that you had to change server time and how do I change?

To change the time of your operating system, you can search online, Linux modifications like this are well documented. If you're running on a hosted server then it's unlikely you'll be able to achieve this.

The other alternative is to change the plugin to include a custom time offset.
