AlliedModders - Ban Imports not working? 1.6.3

I'm launching a new Left 4 Dead 2 server, and I would like to import my old bans from my old server. Both servers are using SourceBans 1.6.3 but I'm running into a couple of issues.

This is for banned_user.cfg

With 'Get Names' checked, I get this error message:
