Tested this and it fully works the way it has to.

Fixed bug with some names.

What sounds does it make, i think this would be hilarious to do right after you own a team while playing surf_ski. lol. But other then that sounds good, you should make a way just to play the music, instead of having the pop up there always. But then they would be able to lower the volume. So yea nvm. Awnser my own question :lol:

You would have to do this one player at a time....best part about this. They can't use console commands to stop the sound. They have to fully quit out of CS/ whatever mod and restart it. Or wait for some other MOTD to show.

but wait cant they just go to options and lower the sound? lol, and its better so you can put it to the last guy on the team, who lost the match for em.
