Console spam
 

Hello,
Lately my server have been laggy, and after some time I found out its because people can spam commands in console.

SendNetMsg 212.10.xxx.xxx:27005: stream[netchan_t::unreliabledata] buffer overflow (maxsize = 4000)!

I can see the ip that does it but is there any way to fix this?
