Top 20 players get VIP Plugin

Hi all,

Is there a CSGO plugin that would give the top 20 players in the last week/month VIP? And continue to update as that changes?

Time! I would like the top 20 most active players with the most time be added to set flag for VIP privileges- although I'd it to be more "most recently" active so its not the same 20 players who have no life.

I'd like to make it competitive so everyone can get a chance at it!
