Problem Accesing Server

Hello guys.

Some users are reporting me, that they cannot connect to my server.

They try putting "connect server:port"
or try putting "connect server"

Then they try to connect adding the server like favorite, and cannot connect to the server.

But others persons can see the server and accesing to it.

Anyone can help here?

Their ISP probably blocked your server?

They need to do a traceroute and then contact each * to see why they are being black-holed.
