Unknown command Meta

So I feel like I've tried everything to get this working not sure where i've gone wrong.Trying to get this functional for my CS Source server. I installed Metamod through the ftp which gave me no trouble. However when I get in game console tells me "Unknown command Meta" Any help much appreciated.:)
