server crash when map change

Hi i have 1 gungame server up n running but i face 1 problem when after Winners MotD comes and map changes then message comes up "Server shutting Down" after some times map change and server up again... anyone please help me in to solve this problem..

Any logs servers/amxmodx?

I remember that this happened to me once, and that's because the maps are not properly defined or where they should be.
