I have some problems installing sourcemods

I try to install addons & cfg to C:\hl2dm\hl2mp
When i launch srcds.exe nothing happens.
Im using sourcemod-1.8.0-git6040-windows for windows.
Writing sm in console gives me nothing

Have you also installed MetaMod: Source?
