Which plugins can push download add-ons on dedicated server to clients?
 

Base on my knowledge, add-ons such as skin model and sounds only appeared on the client's PC if they downloaded it. However, there are some L4D2 modded server when I connected, I can see other players using skin model that I didn't subscribed to.

I also noticed these type of server usually take some times to load the first time when I connected, it seems like the server push download the skin model to my PC.

I'm planning to place a tank music vdk file on my dedicated server and would like everyone who connected to the server to use it.

Does anyone know how they do it? Was it a plugin that enable this?
