New Style Ambience

Description
The functions of this plugin allow you to modify the style of the predefined map environment, such as customizing the sky, changing the light of the map and adding weather effects such as rain, thunder and snow.

The rain effects consist of a rain and sound event.
Thunder effects consist of a lighteffect and random sounds of beautiful thunders.
Snow effects consist of snow event and icy wind sound.

Commands
Through the ambience.ini file, it is possible to activate and deactivate the effects, define the map, define the sky, the light of the map and control the climatic environment. it is possible to make combinations of very cool environments.

Installation
sounds in folder: sound
ambience.ini file: addons/amxmodx/configs

I tested all the effects and rules, but I am open to suggestions and improvements.

Make folder in config for setting in specifig maps.
Levels for brigthness 1-10.

could you make the weather according to the map? even the light should be different on the map
