It will take you years to reach a level that will make this plugin worth approving. Even then, it still needs to be better than similar plugins that already exist. Check this for instance - https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=289856

Please don't post plugins just for the sake of it. You're new, so you should focus on imrpoving your skills rather than trying to post stuff in this section.
