[Overview]
this is just a small simple and fun rick roll plugin. it has a fake connect message for clients that tells them to type !kickadmins and it will kick all server admins that are on off. as soon as the client types that up pops motd panel that tells them they have been rick rolled and a small sound clip from the song never gonna give you up. i do have plans for future updates for this plugin.

[Cvars]
rickroll_welcome_enabled - shows fake welcome message to connecting players (only shows once) - 1(on) 0(off)
rick_roll_href - link to your rick_roll motd panel, must include "around link"
rick_roll_version - version number

[Commands]
!kickadmins - triggers rick roll!
/kickadmins - triggers rick roll!

[Requirments]
sourcemod 1.0.1 +
metamod 1.4.4 +

[Installing]
rick_roll.bmp - you can host this where ever you like besure to link it to the motd.
rickrollshort.wav - host this from where ever you like besure to link it to the motd
rick_roll_motd - you can install this on your server ftp just add the link to the convar. also change the url to the sound file to where ever you host the sound file from. after done chaning the link save as rick_roll_motd.htm. also for the .wav file look if you want it to only play 1 time change it from -1 to 1
rick_roll.smx - goes in plugins folder
rick_roll.sp - goes in scripts folder
