General Rules:

DO NOT attempt to help people if you have no clue what you are talking about.
DO NOT post anything in all CAPS, especially the title. It will be trashed immediately.
USE the CODE tags when you paste stuff into your post (like clips from a config file or something).

DO NOT ask for more hero sites. You have 99.9% of heroes here and you have Google
DO NOT ask for heroes to be compiled for another amx(x). Search and learn how to compile yourself.

Provide DETAILS on your problem. EXACT ERROR MESSAGES ARE GOOD.
1. I cannot help you if you only tell us "it wont work, help"
2. Need versions of everything you are using, otherwise your post will be trashed without warning. Do not say "newest" or "latest" or your post WILL be trashed. Use console commands such as "meta version", "meta list" and "amxx plugins" (or "amx plugins") to get your version information.

3. Need to know if its a listen server, dedicated through steam or a true dedicated server.
4. You also MUST provide any and all errors that are generated. EVERY BAD LOAD MAKES AN ERROR NO MATTER WHAT.
I ONLY support STOCK heroes (included with the download) or heroes in my approved post. Disable all non-supported heros and see if you are still having problems. If you can figure out the exact hero causing your problems post in the bug reports and it may get fixed someday.
READ THE INSTALL DOCUMENTATION ON THE SITE. There is troubleshooting info at the very bottom.
If you cannot even get MetaMod and/or AMX working, don't come looking here for help, read the install docs at the AMX or AMXX site. There is more than enough info there to solve all your problems.

Bug Reports:

ONLY POST REPRODUCIBLE BUGS
DO NOT POST TECH SUPPORT QUESTIONS HERE. Your post will be ignored, moved, or deleted
What to include in a Bug report:
1. Operating System - Be Specific (Fedora Linux, Windows XP, etc)
2. Using AMX or AMXx
3. What version of SuperHero
4. How are you saving your XP (or not saving)
5. If bug occurs with a hero, full list of heros (from plugins.ini)
6. DETAILED description of the bug and/or error
