Cyclops+???
 

1: If I use Cyclops when I have a hero which gives speed (Beast, Sonic, Flash, etc.), I slow down to normal speed. When I switch to any weapon my speed increases again.

2: If you use Cyclops when you have Master Chief's P90 in your hand, P90's goes to old model:

3: Same thing happens with Vesh too. I see normal deagle after using cyclops.

Dr. Doom does these too. (I think they use the same system.)
