Hello , I created a server with Hlds yesterday. I want to know is there a way to prevent server shutdown while you stop the hlds ?

But I have seen servers online for 24 hours. if I turn of my pc the hlds goes down. I need a way to make hlds running while the pc is off.

That's because the PC is on 24 hours a day.

You need to rent a VPS online and host your HLDS there. Try Linode or DigitalOcean. VPSes are made for this purpose - to run 24/7

Since you seem to be new to this all, I'd recommend that you do not get a VPS but instead rent a game server from a game server provider. They will handle basically all of the hard stuff for you and all you need to do is add plugins to your server as necessary.

If you rent from a decent provider like NFO Servers then you will also get a free fast download web server for your game files that is automatic.
