map problems

The Pads You jump on sometimes don't show up. sometimes 1 or few don't load

Teleports sometimes dont work
ground triggers dont work

core.cfg settings
would this have any effect?
"SlowScriptTimeout" "0"
i have changed this to 0 in hopes it will work not sure if it will.

this point in time have have googled it waited a month wiped my server updated all plugins ask few coders.
i cant figure why they would not show up or anything

if anyone knows why please help.
