[HELP] Problem in FastDownload Cs 1.6
 

hello
i put today a FastDownload in my server, i use DropBox
i uploded all that i use in server exept off addons, dlls.
than i added to server.cfg:

sv_downloadurl "http://dl.dropbox.com/u/33047716/cstrike/"
sv_allowupload "1"
sv_allowdownload "1"

some times it download very fast, and some time it download like without FastDL (Slow).
i tested in the same file but like i sayed , it change some time the speed.

wy ?

Check your url.. it doesn't work I got a 404 error

never mine i gut it to work all the time.
btw, it in porpus that it not working when you trying to enter there, but it worrking see : http://dl.dropbox.com/u/33047716/cst.../Assissanr.wav

i add some more command to server.cfg:
sv_send_logos "1"
sv_send_resources "1"

i just added them to this command that allready what there:
sv_downloadurl "http://dl.dropbox.com/u/33047716/cstrike/"
sv_allowupload "1"
sv_allowdownload "1"

than i put this plugin is my server:

and every time is downloading fast

Sometimes it's slower because of the dropbox site.

It's better because you have unlimited bandwidth.

I upload my models file on dropbox and now i can't create a link for it.
I do this one: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/f1c5zs2ep...cAYmD2v_a?dl=0

but fast download isn't running on this link. i tried many times.
can someone help me???

Dropbox doesn't work anymore
Reasons

1. It's now only HTTPS and for sv_dld you need HTTP only
2. I see that public link is masked and you cannot download directly without passing to a script page, so this is GoodBye Dropbox

I think you should rent a VPS to setup a fastdl easy and clean, but why do you guys need such a thing ? most GameServer Sellers do offer free sv_dld, or if you host it yourself is simple to setup a quick sv_dld with Nginx / Apache / HFS

Or if you whant i can offer you on my WebServer for free 1/2GB of space for your sv_dld and you can upload your files trought FTP.

I've set it up here you can test it, anyway PM with archive who needs files to be Uploaded there, there is alreay a test file there, if you whanna test it, in order for me to block DDoS on :80 i've limited download per connection to 5MB/s after downloading with unlimited speed for first 30MB/s
