Fog Horn
 

Have it sound a horn for when a person is camping and everyone else but the camping person can hear. This would be an admin cmd. Like
"amx_horn name"

beetlefarts dll has an @fart <uniquely partial name> command. Gives gas to a player. Pretty funny. They say things and fart noises come out of them.
