i am getting a battery pack for my router i am going to get Strong signal plug in my battery pack to the mains... hold in the strong signal and then when i reboot i will walk 50 meters away from it and get the best signal make the signal worse? everyone get shit speed then they leave the tower the speeds increase YOU LOSE I WIN :D

I'm bit confused on calculating.

Processor: 3100 Mhz (I don't know what is executable threads)
CPU is Intel Xeon E5 3.1Ghz and more
CPU- 1 vCore

Ram: 2048 MB
Server: 32 Slots

Speedtest.net results- 10 Mbps

The results shows exceeds engine limit.

Can someone guide and calculate rates for me?
