For those that are too lazy to decode hex for themselves:

Convars:
sm_resurrection_autopopup : Default 1 : Enable ( 1 ) or disable ( 0 ) a popup that will appear to all admins with access to the resurrection commands when they die
sm_resurrection_powerplaytime : Default 30 : The durution of the powerplay effect that occurs after resurrection

Commands:
sm_resurrect : Resurrect the admin. No targets allowed; command targets the commanding player
sm_res : Same as above
