rtv (players cant see)
 

when player type rtv once chat show nothing for players
if they type rtv again it show that they already voted
admins on the server can see this "[SM] {1} votes for new map. ({2} votes, {3} required)" when ppl are typing rtv.

how is it possible to make it say how many ppl said rtv and how many rtv's need to change map

i use the rtv and mapchoose files from the plugins/disabled folder from sourcemod

Make sure you removed all files from the outdated rtv plugin you have used and add the latest files which are included in sourcemod.
Check the value of sm_show_activity in cfg/sourcemod/sourcemod.cfg line 14.
