HookSingleEntityOutput / SetTransmit broken?

I've noticed a few old plugins I have that use hooksingleentityoutput (mainly ontrigger) and settransmit (sprites) has not been working for a few patches now. Anyone else having problems?

If you can create a small test plugin with just enough to reproduce the issue, go ahead and file a bug @ https://bugs.alliedmods.net
