ReGameDLL_CS / ReHLDS doubt

Whell, seeing this projects. Someone posted in HLDS forums but i can't find some questions:

1. Is Legal?
2. Is supported by AmxmodX (Since i see that something is fixed for ReGameDLL on new AMX hg versions)

If someone can help, will be welcome.

Seems to be a good idea use it, but for a stable server i need to test and discover myself.
That i never seen here is a official position of support from amxx team..

AFAIK the Dev branch of AMXX (1.8.3) included ReHLDS support recently.
