[CSGO] Case Opening(1.4.0b)

Hello guys. I'm not familiar with all these csgo plugins, so I'm kinda bad.
I wanted to install the Case Opening plugin, but there says "Add "case_opening" configuration in sourceomod/configs/database.cfg". I don't really know how to do it, so I kinda need help :D .
