CSGO how to prevent round end??

how to prevent round end when all on one team dies at once or in 1v1 or 1v2
i know is a convar but google isn't very helpfull on this one.

its no need to post plugins as this cvar works in csgo.

It is quite nasty to steal things and not quote the source, the source was that plugin thread.

Someone else could easily find this thread by searching Google for "how to prevent round end"; with both the plugin link and the cvar, it would give an option to help several users (e.g. both CS:S and CS:GO) at once.
