Pelipoika certainly did 99% of the work.

Anyway, the video is clear enough, I guess. No commands, no need to do anything else then spamming your god damn PDA ! Let's show to those spies who is the REAL boss !

Also, a file is created with all the convar inside the cfg/sourcemod folder. Please, take a look.

Also, the plugin create two bot wich are required for the plugin to work. Long story short, your sentries get possesed by the bot while you try to build another one.

Installation :
1) Put the smx file in the folder like always.
2) Put the txt file (tf2.setbuilder.txt) in your gamedata folder.
3) Restart server OR change the map OR load the plugin like this sm plugins load "TF2_Unlimited_Buildings"

Config file is created at the first start of the plugin in cfg/sourcemod folder : TF2_UnlimitedBuildings.cfg

What do you expect? TF2 wasn't made to handle doing this

The entity itself you can spawn until you can see nothing but sentries, but building it this way makes the game set you as it's owner, and tracks it relative to you, the game can only handle this for so long/much
