You know the registration system could be useful also on a steam only server when multiple users use the same steam account, it can be for various reason too.

Sharing your STEAM-account is against the Valve EULA and a horrible idea. Someone could use cheats on it, and you can get banned.
IMO the only "real" use for any sort of registration plugin is a non-steam server.

There are more servers than only that. One example are Drunk Gaming servers.

Also, your registration system works very nice for me. But there should be a MySQL system to save all the username passwords in one file (like a Text (.TXT) file). I hope than you can do it. Good Job and Cheers.
