Username/Password retrieval (Forgotten password)

When one of our admins tried to retrieve his forgotten password, he got this huge XML Error.

Any idea what is causing this ?

Your mailserver denies to send the mail. Nothing sourcebans can fix.
"SMTP server response: 553 We do not relay non-local mail, sorry."
